Arrest the Penn State Child Molester Enablers.

If someone, "regular", suppressed information that led to an on going, 14 year, multiple child molestation crime they'd be in jail immediately.

I'm amazed, I have not heard one news media outlet bring up the question of what happened in Penn State as being criminal as far as culpability goes.

Come on Nancy Grace, where's your outrage or do you save that for people that can't defend themselves like your vodka Mom that after your brow beating committed suicide by setting herself on fire.

    What Up!!??

You're wrong. It's very rare when someone goes to jail for suppressing information. You must have a ton of examples if people are being jailed "immediately" as you claim. Post a few.

Wouldn't that fall under, on going accomplice, or accomplice during the act, or accomplice after the fact? Lots of people have gone to jail for that.

To be an accomplice after the fact, that would require they actively blocked the investigations, lied to investigators, etc, not just sat on information.

Wouldn't omission of the facts fall under all those criteria in the eyes of the law? I mean if you're aware that your neighbor is molesting his daughter and you allow it to go on for years, you are not guilty to some extent as well?

I always thought as citizens of The United States we were required to report criminal activity when we were aware of it.

    Guess I could be mistaken.

I don't believe so, UNLESS a person is a mandatory reporter, like many government employees/therapists/teachers - that criminalizes sitting on info; however most citizens are legally under no obligation to tell the cops about possible criminal activity. Morally is another matter of course.

Even as a humane animal investigator, I'm legally required to report suspected child abuse if I see it.

Enablers? That would be everyone sitting here, the same people who turned Sandusky and Paterno into Gods. The same people who rioted when the school finally, finally, tried to do something

Not really sure the Penn State fans knew the intimate details of what was going on but the school big wigs sure did, and took no action. Not only that but they had to be aware that Sandusky was opening a children's charity and let that happen as well.

    Morally bankrupt PHD's.

    given a choice,

generally, people prefer to remain uninformed.

if, by mere chance, they become informed ...

then they pretend to be idiots.

You are on to something here. I heard the fans were given a secret code on the back of their ticket. Deciphered it said our former defensive coordinator from 13 years ago likes young boys. Pass it on but keep it quiet!

I also heard Steeler Nation and Red Sox Nation are aware of secrets that will make Jerry S look like Pope John Paul. They have been pretty good at sitting on it but I expect it to leak sometime before the end of 2012. Damn I always knew the Red Sox Naton was enabling something!

The report just came out. The President and AD will be charged with perjury. If Joe was still around he would be joining them. The lawsuits will start pouring in soon.

That's great. I've been reading the Freeh report today. They deserve all that's coming to them.

The Freeh report is quite long but worth reading. Working my way through it now.

I think some of them could be charged with child endangerment because they still let Sandusky use the facilities and knew what he was using them for after he was forced out of the coaching staff.

If a person knows his good friend is a pedophile and says nothing, then that is on his conscience. If he hands over keys to a cabin in the woods so his good friend can rape boys in it, then he's assisting the pedophile and should face some sort of criminal charges whether it's accessory before the fact or child endangerment.

Even if there is no criminal liability, Joe Paterno was a piece a filthy shit. I'm glad he's dead and his legacy will be nothing but a piece of shit who at least did absolutely nothing when he knew one of his coaches was a pedophile.

Jerry says he's innocent and he needs SFN support during the appeal of his conviction.

O.K. so if this is true people knew about his fondness for little boys and they sat and did nothing to stop or dissuade him from being the head
of his own children's charity. Surely they knew no good could cum of this.

Isn't that then handing over the keys to the cabin for some, dick lickin, butt stuffing, fox in the hen house, fa, fa, flooie, fun for all to be had?

That football program deserves the death penalty. The end fact is that the football program was placed in higher regard than the sexual abuse of children. The NCAA punishes teams for players getting sneakers and rides but when the entire administration and team officials actively cover up and thereby allow continue sexual molestation of children all to enable the teams reputation nothing happens? Fuck Penn State.

Nancy Grace didn't kill that woman, she killed herself. She drank allegedly a fucking fifth of vodka and passed out on top of her baby killing it. How is Nancy Grace responsible? It's sad all the way around...no two ways about it, but she shouldn't have gotten so drunk to where she resulted in killing her child. It was her remorse that caused her to commit suicide...nobody else.

Nancy Grace is a raging cunt. That much is true.

What's funny, funny ironic, not funny ha ha, is that the justice system in our country has totally different rules and laws when it comes to the elite, high up muckey, mucks. Not only do they live and exist a different standard of life but they slide through the cracks when it comes to paying the piper as well.

As far as the Penn State football program goes, it's been sanitized top to bottom I'm sure as well as the university it's self. What they'll argue is we've nuked it flat and started from scratch. How can you hold the new squeaky clean staff and students accountable for something they had nothing to do with? But yes, the NCAA has no choice but to sanction them with harsh, extreme, lengthy prejudice.
  22. buckefilbert Full Member

Just wonder if Nancy really needed to inject the salt into that woman. The police had deemed it a horrible accident, everyone around her said she was a loving and caring mother with a drinking problem. there are millions of them in the world. Sometime bad shit just happens. Neglectful? Yes. Agreed. Does she really need to be tortured by public humiliation beyond what she is already suffering? Maybe a scarlet N across her forehead for neglectful would be in order.

It's obvious just living with the horror that you suffocated your infant baby would be a nightmare to exist with. The way the woman killed herself was obviously her way of paying penance for her mistake. No one pours flammable liquid on themselves then ignites it unless they are making a point.
Nancy was the lighter. She didn't need to flick the bic. Now Nancy has to live with the fact that, by her actions, someone reacted by setting themselves on fire, to death. Ugly all the way around for all involved no matter how you slice it.

Nancy really needs to put her brain into gear before engaging her considerable, cavernous mouth.

  25. buckefilbert Full Member

I'm surprised there are not a bunch of people stepping forward claiming they were diddled. Who's to say Sandusky didn't do some back alley work on the side. The payoffs are going to be spectacular $$$$. Cha ching. Guess it pays off that higher learning thing.
