Now how can we compare these three's failures to the supposed ones of the Dems?

Rumsfeld has been off the radar for a while , but he was just as culpable as the first two.

Ok, lets start with the Geneva Conventions. How were they renounced? In Iraq the Geneva Conventions were never in question. Iraq is a signatory of the Geneva Conventions.

So, you must mean that Al Qaeda should also receive protections under the Geneva Conventions.

The Muslims fighting against free people everywhere, reject the Geneva Conventions. The Laws of War that the civilized world has developed over centuries. The enemy in this case follows the Islamic Laws of War.

One thing about the Geneva Conventions is that it takes two to play. One side cannot follow the rules while the other rejects the rules completely.

Even our own Supreme Court had to twist the Geneva Conventions in order to force a fit. They make Common Article III binding on the U.S.. Even though Article III was made as an article dealing with a conflict that was a Civil War. Not International. A Civil War inside of a country that is a signatory of the Geneva Conventions.
