If you look at the quality wins Oklahoma St has the better resume.

Wins over Texas A&M, Texas, Missouri, Baylor, Kansas St, and Oklahoma. No key out of conference wins though.

Bama has wins over Penn St, Arkansas, and Florida.

Oklahoma St had a tough draw in their loss to Iowa St with a rare Friday game and death of 2 coaches the day before. Fuck it Bama had their chance against LSU and blew it. Give it to Oklahoma St even though LSU will smoke them.

Yes they did and they lost. Meaning they didn't even play in the title game of their own conference. Therefore by no means do they deserve to play in the title game for the entire NCAA.

Believe me when I say that I would much rather see Bama in national championship over LSU, but I cannot justify them getting this rematch.

Now, what I would have been ok with is if the SEC (and all conferences for that matter) were smart enough to do away with divisions and just have the two best teams overall play for the conference title. So that Bama could have had their rematch this past Saturday. Then if they won that game have the rubber match be the national championship.

That is the only way I see Bama/LSU playing for the BCS title making sense.
