    Sad loss for them I'm sure. I'll be honest - I expected Beth and Howard's reactions (I'm just basing off Twitter) to be a little more overboard, but it seems like they are handling it the best they can.

    Will be interesting to see Howard's demeanor on AGT tonight and the show tomorrow.

    I remember losing my cat to cancer. I remember how she slowly slipped away until we found her dead one morning. Its a horrible moment, and anyone who's ever lost a pet knows this.

    Bianca was eleven or twelve, old girl for an english bulldog. I have sympathy for them as I had a dog who was my best bud for fuckin eighteen years. It was like losing a brother. Not that I have ever lost a brother, I don't even have a brother. Whatever.

    Years ago I found out my Yorkie mix had diabetes. I had to give him insulin shots twice a day. Then a few years later his system just started shutting down.

    I took him in to have him put to sleep and felt terrible. The vet said that everyone who finds out their pet has diabetes has them put down within one month. I kept my dog happy and healthy for three years, so I felt better.

    The real tragedy is that I never got to rail the vet. She had a sexy/geeky librarian look that drove me crazy.

    Wow, is that serious? I"m so so sorry to hear that they lost Bianca.
    She lasted a long time and they did everything for her. She was a GREAT DOG!
