Anybody know this Jersey Shore/Seaside Heights area? I just watched the pizza vid up top and they charged Artie 8 bucks for a slice of sausage pizza and a coke????? Is that right? Is that all he got? Is ONE slice of sausage pizza $5.50 or so? Isn't that scene supposed to be like astonishingly middle class?

So by that count a whole pie is 48 bucks or so??? That would be some Hamptons/Yankees Stadium/NY Knicks bullshit!

Oh ok, if it's TWICE the size of regular slice I could certainly deal with a $4 to $5.50 slice(toppings), and if you say so. But so often these places SAY they're 2x the size or 2X as good, and it's just like a Rays or your local pizza place. Or they're riding on some local legend rep that ends up being waaaayyyy overrated when I finally sample the place it's no better than DOMINOS or PAPA JOHNS.

Also I'm from LI/NY. I have expectations higher than Ethan Hawke and Gwyneth Paltrow with Pizza, and 2x slice to me is big ass slice! I'm all about big dough, big cheese, big sauce, and prefer Sicilian over Neapolitan.

Yeah, a 3 million dollar contract is poor. Hes getting paid more than he did with the Stern show. And Nick should be blowing Artie. Without him the show would have already been cancelled, just like Nick's last radio endevure he tried in 07.

So, even though it was reduced last summer before he got his job with the N&A show, and he has since said he's not selling it, , it does appear that it is still activly on the market, so I dont know what he's doing, and Ill say, my bad for accusing you of making it up.
