BREAKING NEWS: Artie Lange in Rehab

Not to single you out, but I'm so sick and tired of people blaming Howard for Artie's addictions. People, Howard has nothing to do with it. Of course he knows Artie uses drugs - every listener with an IQ over 100 knows Artie uses drugs! Is he supposed to have him arrested? Just what would you people have Howard do?

This is Artie's problem, not his coworkers.

i'm not equating arite to hitler. i am equating the qualities you mentioned that both people share.

you claim that artie is better than another person simply because he has made a lot of money and had a lot of fans. hitler has those same qualities if this were true Hitler would also be better than this person. maybe he his/was.


if artie is better than this person it would be for other reasons not because of fame and money. fame and money does not make one person better than another.

i agree with everything yer saying except for HES ON DRUGS meaning illegal drugs like coke or heroin. not one person here knows with absolute certainty what he's doing except for what he admits on the air which is alcohol, where lately artie admitted he was drinking to excess, subutex and mass quantities of food which has put 150 lbs on him, probably given him diabetes and rendered him a bloated obese comatose mess.

everyone is so quick to jump down the heroin road. yes it is a possibility because he had a past with it but focus on what you DO know for sure because there is a lot there. if he says heroin monday morning, ok.. he's gonna seriously gonna need to deal with that just as seriously he's gonna need to lose 100 lbs because both are capable of causing death.

when an employee of mine is obviously on drugs and it is affecting his ability to do his job or even show up to his job. he gets fired or forced to take a break and if he doesn't come back in better shape than he is gone. it's pretty simple. Howard by doing nothing was making it ok for Artie be a fuck up.

i admit entertainers are a different breed and are usually given some slack in matters of personal health and drug use, but to say that Howard is completely at zero fault in this situation is also unfair. it's not like it has only been a few times and for only a few weeks or months. it has been years now.

DId Artie hire someone to walk around and slap food, alchohol and drugs out of his hands?

What kind of absurd deal is OUTPATIENT rehab? That has "go home and get high" written all over it.

do you think Artie would ever fall asleep,call in(not) sick,come to work late,waddle into the studio late after commercial breaks, stuff his fat face for 4 hours every morning, if he thought he'd lose his job!
