I think the WH is going to make some suprising changes in 06.

Rove resigns and Condi becomes VP- Cheney is out in 06.

Just going on the record now- I may be wrong- but I really think the admin has felt the heat of the ire of the people- expect a lot more focus on the domestic agenda as well as foriegn policy- and Condi to move up to VP.

What do you think? I think if they do focus on domestic policy- salavage what they can and move on they will be okay in 08. The American population is a 30 second sound bite driven quick reality.

i want to find out who woodward's source is before i make any predictions. rove might resign because he gets indicted and then you have woodward's source, who lately i've been wondering might just be the gwb. should be very interesting

I would not be surprised if Cheney is replaced, and Rice would also be my best guess as to the replacement. It would hopefully give Bush the balls to fill any future Supreme Court vacancy with the best qualified individual (invariably a white male) instead of cowering to feminist or racial pressures.

I am saying that if there is a third vacancy, he needs to have the balls to nominate the best qualified person (which will be a white male) in spite of the recockulous political pressure that he will feel to appoint a woman or minority.

I think the whole administration is going to collapse in scandal and ineptitude and its own internal contradictions, no matter how they shuffle the deck chairs on the Titanic. :munch:

The average turnover time for the entire SC is probably around 20 years. That comes to about 1 vacancy every 2 years. I would not be at all surprised if he had one or two more nominations.

At age 86 he has a 13% chance of dying within a year and a life expectancy of 5 years (i.e. a 50/50 chance of living 5 years).

I predict George W. Bush's 6th tax cut for the richest one percent still won't create a job but that the head of Exxon 's face will create a 13th chin. I predict gas will be 24 dollars a gallon. I predict Scott McKlellan will start showing up to press conferences drunk and then eventually wander out into a field somewhere and blow his brains out. I predict Cheney will continue to defy modern medicine by having heart-attacks while having no actual heart to speak of.

Turd_Cutter- That's some funny shit. The first stage of any meltdown is the liquid lunch. When those start occurring with any frequency, its ALL DOWN hill from there.
