    Bill Clintons Album Release

Bill Clinton is releasing a compilation album of his favourite songs.

The former US President has put together the record, 'The Bill Clinton Collection: Selections from the Clinton Music Room', himself which contains a selection of his favourite hits.

However, avid saxophone player Clinton does not feature on the record instead choosing to celebrate the work of his musical heroes.

The tracks featured on the album, include 'My Funny Valentine' by legendary jazz trumpet player Miles Davis, Nina Simone's 'I Wish I knew How It Would Feel To Be Free' and 'Chelsea Morning' by Judy Collins, the song he named his daughter after.

The CD is being produced by The William J. Clinton Presidential Foundation, and will go on sale at the Clinton Museum Store, in Arkansas, next month. Proceeds from the sales of the record will help fund various charities Clinton is involved with, including HIV-Aids and economic empowerment organisations.

It is the first time a former US President has ever produced a CD, and Jordan Johnson, of the Clinton Foundation, believes it is indicative of what type of leader Clinton was.

He said: "Unlike some of his predecessors, music was a very big inspiration for Mr Clinton."

I saw this on TV the other day. He really tries to be black, listening to all that jazz stuff. Jazz makes my dick itch, never liked it.

But I dig that he was a musical president. He was cool in that regard.
