Fred Quicker that Howard with Booey Impressions

Just something I noticed yesterday and today. Fred's wit just seems better than Howard's in certain areas. Never thought I'd say that but it's true. Yesterday Howard couldn't even think of anything mid-impression so he basically repeated what Fred said.

I don't think it's a surprise to anyone that one of Fred's primary functions on the show is to do impressions.

Fred is both underrated and overrated. When he's not pushed by Howard (it seems to make him nervous stumble at times) and is seemingly hanging back, he's as fast as any comic mind.

I don't think he's as scary-angry as many say he is.

And I do listen to old shows, I have an external drive filled with years of old shows. Just because I don't listen to the new shows doesn't mean I'm not a fan. I'm a fan of what the show WAS, and I'm not alone in doing this. I don't watch AGT either, so we can't bond over that subject either, sorry.

So, look for a forum that only talks about old shows and your comments will be relevant not stupid.

Sorry, I'm not going anywhere, I enjoy aggravating you too much. And if you try to pretend the show has the same habits as the old days, you have blinders on. I don't need to listen live to know that. Booey was getting off way easier than before, and that's one of the reasons I stopped listening. You keep enjoying the show though, some people are easily amused.

Am I the only guy who hates Fred's Baba Booey impression?? He puts a pencil in his mouth which makes his impression sound hollow or something, I wish he would stop doing that!

I do listen and I love the show. The funny thing is, I've changed over the last 30 years as well. I have enjoyed the way the show has progressed. There are some things I don't like, Artie leaving is one of them. But, for the most part, it makes me laugh.

So, go comb your mullet, put on your members only jacket, jump in the Camaro and put your cassette of 80's Stern show in the deck!
