I was stationed on a Destroyer in Japan in the mid '80's when Whitney hit it big. She had an amazing voice and was exceptionally beautiful. I wish things could have turned out differently for her. Is it better to burn out then to fade away?

They did the same with Micheal Jackson, rebranded him to sell more of his product. They will do the same with Whitney, her estate will make more money in the next couple years than if she was alive.
