    Are they worth the money?
    Do they look Tacky or kinda Cool?
    ...and has your Mom or significant 'other' been delighted to get one?

    In 1999, I graduated from college and went to work for a manager of A and B list actors. One day one of the manager's boyfriends came up to the office, and gave a gold-stemmed rose to his girlfriend and every other female in the office. His girlfriend gave her rose to me to give to my girlfriend because she didn't want it, and my girlfriend ended up not wanting it either.

    Simply put, they're tacky as fuck.

    I have given Sheris Berri''s and those are always appreciated and I buy Bonobos pants for husband and he is complimented on them. I don't think a gold plated rose is something I would ever buy, but Strawberries are always appreciated and even though shipping is expensive so is gas.
