Someone had said it's probably Christiane Plante (the woman that Linda Hogan accused him of having an affair with while they were still married).
Bubba was probably letting Hogan use his home to secretly "plant" Plante but forgot to tell Hogan where the security cameras were hidden.

We know that Hogan did live with Bubba for a certain amount of time after his marriage fell apart, so that's why Bubba's house is where it was filmed. We do know that he had relations with Plante. But I find it hard to believe that Heather would have done this, the Spin instructor? Yes. One of Bubba's best friends, no. Bubba didn't want to talk about "it" because "it" happened at his house, not because it was Heather.
