How Generous Is Howard With His Devoted Staff?

Howard has some very devoted staff members for many years now. Has he taken care of them financially since he's come into the mega bucks. Does he spend and enjoy his $$$

Not at all generous. He doesn't even give them a Christmas bonus. The only good thing they have is that they only have to work 2 days a week usually. They may have to go in all 5 but the rest of the days are like substitute teacher days.

How many times a month is this question going to pop up on here.People rarely leave that show.And the ones that do leave would sell their mother just to get back on the show(Except Billy West and Stuttering John)

I was thinking the same thing.Some of these people think Howard should give away his money since he bust his ass and became successful.It's what sucks about this country sometimes.People think the successful should just give their hard earned money away just because they have it.

He's miserable, he will never be happy. He thinks being greedy with his money and acquiring more money will make him happy, but it doesn't. Right now he is making himself more miserable by thinking that Sirius owes him $75 million from from the merger and the XM listeners who couldn't get his show. He already got $25 million from the merger from Sirius, which is $10 million more than AGT is paying him. He has said a few times that he sees sadness everywhere. His parents, especially his mother fucked him up good, at least they made him strive to do well and it's better to be miserable and super rich than miserable and poor.

He doesn't care about his staff, he can't take care of them for life, (actually he could financially, but he won't). He signed on because he knew he had the lawsuit going with Sirius. He still got an $80 million a year budget and only works 2 or 3 days a week for 40 weeks. He's probably making $60 to $65 million from Sirius, and he's fucking them by driving away listeners by saying he will piss on his fans, and by making the show an infomercial for AGT and for NBC guests.

don't forget giving his guys sirius radios that one year. probably got them for free too even though he denies it.

All anyone can say for sure is that $$ is not being put into show to make it better.

I think the fact that there's almost nothing you can do to get fired is a pretty sweet deal. Show up late, no problem; show up high, no problem; fall asleep, no problem.

Well they do always make fun of how much the JDS, Richard and Sal's make. So much so that the staff always had to get outside gigs to make better money throughout the years. Remember! Stern doesn't pay them! The 400 million goes to stern an production costs! Dont count his marbles.

the only person getting paid is Beth. Listen closely to how the others spend their time off, most are working while Howie is off getting a Shinny Buff. JD can't get girls because he can't afford to hang out where the girls are in nY. Howie could and should help but he won't cause he is more concerned about taking pictures with his 4K camera. BTW, Fred is the most talented on the shjow and can actually play a instrument but Howard never goes to Fred for advice on a good guitar player.

I like that Howard's recently redacted contract states how the $$$ that SIRIUS pays is apportioned regarding Howard's salary versus money for the H-channels yet some people insist that it's all up to him and Buchwald ONLY.
