    I have to believe Howard will have some kind of "golden parachute" reward system in place for when he calls it quits. His is a very different business relationship than 99.9% of boss-employee relationships out there.

    Also, after seeing this come up in a lot of threads, I really need to point out that "resigned" and "re-signed" have totally different meanings, and are NOT interchangeable. Just sayin'.
