    I am a chef. And a nurse. The blindness has made it impossible to work as a nurse. But, I still have my cooking :)

    I had a scholarship to culinary school (Johnson and Wales) for placing first in a culinary competition. But, I still pay for a nursing degree I'll never use. I hate that fucking payment :mad:

    Dorsey Culinary Academy...I don't know why I'm even telling you that. It's a 49 week course, and it's within walking distance. That's why I chose it. There are other places a LOT cheaper, but I'd rather be able to get there.
