Howard blowing off Gary's dad's wake saga uploading on YT!

Ok..I promised a lot people I would put together the whole Howard blowing off Gary's dad's wake because of Beth's hurt footsie napalm saga from August of 06. Also because Mammary Lane or Stern Shuffle won't play it! I got all of it I think, EXCEPT the WUS from 8/14/06 which pisses me off and I'm still planning on posting it if I find it.

Again, like the dinner party thing this thing sent tremors of negativity through SFN and I remember the mods getting the word to go banning crazy because the hate for Howard and Beth was SOOOO great the actual show was rattled by it.

Listen to ALL 11 parts (when they're finished) because each one you'll pick up something new. But all I'll say right now is you can catch Howard lying a few times as well with more holes than Mothra's walk-in closet in his story. And Howard and Scott the Engineer (because Gary didn't go to his parents wakes) were the only staffers that didn't make it.

I tell you it was fucking hard to sift through that whole week's shows to find every little dialogue about it and if it wasn't for marksfriggin.com I would have given up. They change topics soooo much I apologize if you find them getting OFF topic too much because you couldn't tell where they were going but hang in there, it comes back. It was just impossible to edit them staying on this one topic the way Howard has that shit attention and with all these voices in there. Gary sits in the whole show, it's very odd.

The last part(11) will be some Opie and Anthony audio I had commenting on it I had on an old external hard drive when I was obsessed with this saga at the time and wanted all the media I could find.

Howard is a scumbag....but it probably worked out for Gary in the end (howard had to pay enough in compensation for gary to not feel so betrayed and keep quiet).

It's funny listening to Gary try to cover for Howard but moreover pathetic. And you can tell Howard was trying to test the waters with the other staff to see who was going and who wasn't before hand. As soon as he thought Robin and Fred weren't going he thought the coast was clear for him not to go but they BOTH ended up going (without a limo driver), and you could tell it embarrassed him more.

That's exactly right,and that's why I search for these types of shows. The shows the tapes team are too lazy to find and/or Howard doesn't want you to hear again.

All Howard had to do was stop by and pay his respects for just 15 minutes while the whining horsey sat in a limo with her bad hoof.

Not one of Howard's finer moments. That and Ronnie's mom. Well, he did brag about sending in some snacks to that one.

In defense of "The tapes team," I was impressed they played the Beastie Boys in studio the day after MCA died.

It's funny Sal's ballbusting rage (pre-joining the show) towards Gary all stemmed from Gary not booking the BEASTIE BOYS through the 90s. He would harass Gary daily to yell at him for not booking them. There's a HTV/E show from way back that goes into it.

Hang with it, there's 4 more chapters I'm still uploading. The part where he has to respond to a Daily News/NY Post that slams him.

Gary makes sure he brings it up in part 6 to cover for him Howard sent a tray of pigs in a blanket and an American/Italian hero. Then go to the 5:35 mark in part 6 and listen Howard get all defensive after Fred and Robin. lightly tease him.

Guys does anyone know how long youtube will let you upload a video after they've granted you "You may now upload videos longer than 15 minutes." Is it 30 minutes, 45, an hour, 2 hours?

Thanks man, I guess there's only one way to find out. But when you're chopping or editing a full Stern show for a specific theme like I'm doing it's incredibly difficult to keep the recording meter running when the show jumps around so much on topics, so I kept making these lil 10 to 15 minute chapters. The Baba Booey father wake saga was the epitome of a show like this, I had to go through the entire 5 hours to find the topic because Gary sat in almost the whole show.
