Howard TV question

Does anyone know how long it takes for a segment to go up on Howard TV?
I was on the Sound Byte contest at the beginning of the month and I'm wondering if:
A - it will be on Howard TV as its on segment or
B - if it will be mixed in w/ a recap of the month or something?

I have only watched Howard TV a few times when my dad had the subscription but I am not sure how it works. Any insight?

It seems to me that Howard TV would make a shitload more money if we could access it through the internet. I have no insight because I don't have the cable provider who offers it.

I wish it would come as a streaming format myself. Especially an iOS app like the Sirius one :)

I also have a question. My cable provider does not allow for HTV either :( so can anyone recommend another option to view programming?

    thanks!

InDemand is totally owned and controlled by the appropriately-named Cox Communications, plus the jerks at Comcast, Time-Warner, and a bunch of other cable companies. They hate the internet and satellite TV. They want you to pay for all programming on cable.

There's tons of places that post this stuff. Hell, YouTube has 50,000 Howard bits up there. Read this Gizmodo story.

Howard TV only likes to air segments that have already been shown at least a dozen times. Their reasoning is why should we edit new shows when we can just run the same shows over and over. Good luck getting anything new on the air.
