God this one is awkward. How the hell is Leno gonna avoid 800lb Jewish gorilla in the room or will he? Will Leno do the high road thing and just compliment Howard or will Howie force the issue?

Who was expecting Leno to do other than what he did?...he knows Howie Stern is insignificant, and has no power when it comes to Stern's "wars against celebrities". Rosie spoke about being blasted constantly by Stern fans, and Jon Bon Jovi also talked about being hammered during his "war" with Stern...so did Chevy Chase. That was over 20 years ago when Stern had the power to back up his threats....this Stern? He has no power...fans have dropped off, show is watered down, rating are significantly lower than on terrestrial radio..and now he is a judge on a juggling contest...he lost any "power" he had. Leno probably could give two shits about him.

If you had any proof to the fact that Howie has 8 to 10 million listeners, I would love to see it. If he had those types of numbers, he would have much stronger companies advertising on his show than luggage.com, shavedicemaker.com, and fatwhoreswhowanttohaveaffairs.com. The only ratings there have been were in 2007, when Arbitron stated that Howie has 1.2 cumulative listeners a WEEK. That is nowhere NEAR 8 to 10 million listeners...and that was in 2007. I can guarantee you that he has lost many, many listeners since 2007, and he continues to do so.

But hey, you are going to drink that daily glass of "Kool-Aid", so keep continuing to believe that Stern has 8 to 10 million listeners a day.

Please tell me where you get the 4 to 5 million listeners a day figure? Arbitron said Howie has 1.7 cumulative listeners a week in 2007? That does NOT mean daily..that means total for the week. That was when Howie was at his highest point on Sirius. He wishes he had 1.7 listeners a week now. Again, keep thinking 4 to 5 million a day...fantasies are ok to have in life.

I really don't know nor do I care how many people listen. I'm comfortable to know that you have absolutely no idea either. But I get your angry with Howard, the show, or both.Whatever your deal is,I hope it makes you happy.

Puncher, I have to correct one point in your excellent post, maybe you were trying to be a nice guy and not make djenkin8 cry too much but Howard only had 1.225 cumulative weekly listeners in the 2007 Arbitron ratings. Even Howard and Buchwald only claimed three million in their pre-2010 contract publicity releases. I think djenkin8 follows in his heroes footsteps and enjoys exaggerating a bit, I just read another of his posts where he claims Howard is currently on every billboard in NYC. Everywhere from Staten Island to Jamiaca, Queens to the Upper East Side all New Yorkers will be glued to their televisions to watch Howard tell a juggler and a mime that they were a little pitchy.

Excellent..yea, these blind sheep hate to see the true numbers. It is so easy to see..Howie has NO solid advertisers, his twitter rankings are in the 700's, and for him to have to take a job as a judge on a juggling contest shows how far he has fallen from his throne.
