The line never had less than 300 people in it the whole time I waited, as I eat the line continues and people are being served with that great customer service Chick-fil-A is known for.

As I was eating at a table one of the employees came up to me and asked if I needed a drink refill; then she took my empty cup walked to the line refilled and brought it back to me......when did that ever happen at a McDonald's or a Wendy's?

Yes. I've been to them in WV, Maryland, and Virginia/DC. The MD/VA/DC stores were all staffed with people who only spoke enough English to get by, as with most of the fast food places in that area. The ones in WV were staffed by the same "Who gives a shit, fuck you" white teenagers and high school dropouts that all the other fast food places have.

This company's decision to go public with their agenda is providing ample opportunity for those who want to continue to politicize gay marriage according to one's own agenda, whether pro or con and is a waste of time, money and effort. It will strengthen an already increasingly effective gay-rights movement since ultimately, the goal of banning gay marriage will never be Constitutional. Gay marriage will become law eventually IMO.

While I disagree with any discrimination based on religious grounds, I do agree that any politician wishing to somehow punish or curb this corporations business via governmental means is silly. Public pressure via economic boycott or support in the market place will decide it either way as it should, as opposed to someone posturing and pandering.

I have to be honest as well in saying that this debate has made me curious about their food since, up to this point in time, they have never been on my radar of things to eat. I don't even know if they are in California.
