I guess Howard will never mention Mike Walker again.

It just seems funny that the entire staff probably thought it strange to have years of the Enquirer show end all of a sudden with no mention from Howard and a gag order. I know it was just an advertiser but we're talking years with Mike Walker and all the bits they made out of his sound bites.

Add this to the list of the unmentionables, as in bowling alley, Artie, 3 weddings, etc.

I've hated that bit since the first time I heard it 7 years ago and am glad not a minute more is spent talking about it.

you have to admit, that bit was no ordinary sponsor like Snapple. I don't know if the Enquirer pulled out because of the bankruptcy or Howard raise his rates too high.

Something is going on with the sponsors though, 711 dropped, no more sponsor money for games. I think Howard is keeping every penny to make up for his pay cut from Sirius.

Howard seems to be taken up by his "A" list friends and dumping everyone who has made contributions to the show. We will see how long Howard's celebrity friends hang around him, once the show is gone and they can't use Howard to promote their crap.

I like reading the National Enquirer and I always enjoyed those segments. But I guess I'm in the minority.

Howard is letting a potential enemy distance himself from "the family". You may see some dirt over the next few years if things didn't end well. Either that, or Howard isn't concerned over his past with any dirt surfacing for the next 5 years.

I liked the game at times, but I'm not missing it.

I think the game itself was dumb, but stories (the true ones, anyway) about how crazy celebrities can be is pretty entertaining.

The Mike Walker segments never really bothered me either. I guess I like hearing the crew laugh at the celebs. I didn't care who won or lost - I just liked hearing Howard goof on some of the people mentioned.
