do you think jay had anything to do w/ blocking the video on youtube? he's sitting around on youtube looking for vids that were played on the tonight show? i'm sure he didn't know it was blocked and couldn't give a shit. nbc and other networks have teams of people who handle looking at youtube. yes, someone at nbc fucked up...but it wasn't jay.

instead of this guy writing a big blog online about it he could have tried to contact someone at NBC or youtube. but no, he decided to write an "open letter" on the internet that no one will read or care about. wahhh nbc stole my video!

That video is the least humorous thing in world history. Jay Leno had to eliminate the competition.

Leno takes care of his staff financially by over paying them and gives out $1,000 for every year of service come Xmas time. Howard's staff on the other hand has to do shit gigs to supplement their income and get $0 Xmas bonus yet are supposed to be on air talent.
