I hate Ralph

I'm just randomly throwing this out there because I really do. He is the embodiment of douchebagery.

I think he's totally bi & struggles with this.

Has he ever had a girlfriend before?

"girlfriend" may be pushing it but they were confirmed hot and heavy for a moment

you know, hearing Geektime without him made is very listenable...

I dig Ralph. Not afraid to speak his mind, not afraid to be embarrassed, not afraid to be himself, somehow lives the life of Riley doing hardly anything.... Big TV, toy collection.... snaggle tooth...

But no one, in your eyes, is allowed to hate, dislike, or badmouth Beth, for whatever reason they might have, even if legitimate, right? Ditto Howard.

But, it's okay for you to go hating on Ralph. I see. Just a theory, but perhaps you're just the type to suck up to bosses and/or "stars" even if they're past their prime.

Hate is a tough word. If true I don't understand the reason or reasons you would hate him. I dislike his show but hate nah that's stretchin it. That will eat ya up if true. Could you give a few reasons for your disdain for Ralphy cakes?

Ralph is absolutely the most vile person associated with the show. He can be good on air, but I can't imagine how anyone could consider him a "friend." He's selfish as hell and quick to find fault with everyone. He never associates with anyone who he can't use to advance his causes... a user of the worst and most obvious kind.

I can't even give him credit for speaking his mind freely on the show (which to his credit he does) because there are no consequences if he were to offend anyone. He doesn't have to function in the workplace and he's immune from retribution because Howard feels the need to protect him.

The guy is a douche, plain and simple.

I actually like Ralph for the most part on the show. One of the last true shit disturbers left on THSS. The "calling in every day" thing got tiring after a while, but he seems to be much less annoying on that front lately. Whether it's getting up in Sabean's grill over party antics, busting Gary's balls over anything, everyone goofing on drunk/out of it Ralph stories, or the Playboy Evaluations; it's just funny as hell to watch/listen to. I can see why he annoys a lot of people, but eh.

I think I dislike EVERYONE on the show in some capacity these days besides maybe Jason and Robin who actually still give effort and have anti-establishment opinions. But Ralph is on the lower end of my hate because at least he brings some brutal truth every now and again. But BENJY, THAT'S the hideousbodyment of douchebaggery!

I agree, my post below echos that almost 100%. Why hate Ralph when you can hate Benjy who is the most wretched thing in existence ON or OFF the air.

What about that time he asked for a ride from Artie and he made Dana go cram into the back of the car because he "had a bad back"? Id fucking strap him to the top of my car, like Romney and his dog.

Ralph is a no talent homosexual that latched on to Howard because he had money and was famous. We've watched Ralph do the same thing with other famous people like Sam Simon, John Stamos and anybody else Howard hangs with. The sad part is that HIV is close to be cured and Ralph will probably be around for a long long time.

I forgot about he money stealing...ya that was pretty greasy.

I love Ralph on the show. Although I don't think we need him as a full time staffer or anything, Even when he was calling in twice a day I thought he was awesome. He just says what he thinks...and I usually agree with him.

Telling NPH that Perez Hilton acts like a "fag" was one of my favorite moments on the show and I have no idea why. He just says what he's thinking and nobody else is doing that anymore.

...Please note I've never heard geekitime. I'm just basing this on the Stern show/WrapUp Show.

I don't really like Ralph, but I tolerate him. Sometimes he's really funny, most times he sucks. I'm glad Howard limits his air time these days.

Geek Time sucks balls, though.

He's usually pretty good on the phone but when he's in the studio he's a complete asshole.
