Evidence please, the last public ratings indicated he had a weekly audience of 1.2 million but that was in 2o07 when he was doing four days a week, had a third voice in studio and only 10 weeks of vacation a year. One would have to assume a drop off since then but I'm sure a show insider like you wouldn't make a statement he couldn't back up with evidence.

Stern was the SOLE reason for the merger? I guess the auto industry had nothing to do with that right..when they decided in 2006 to include Sirius and XM in every purchase as a trial basis..many people ended up subscribing because of that. He brought millions? Stern is lucky to have 150,000 a day listen to his show..Arbitron showed this in 2007. Sirius and XM were BOTH losing millions every year, so they merged in the hopes that they could keep satellite radio going...XM did not do it for Stern alone.
