    If I stepped on a scale, the :quote:number:quote: would blow most people away...it's not about a scale or a BMI calculation...it's about % of body fat, hydration and lean muscle mass. Most charts don't even have an option for women over 5'11".
    I work out, watch my diet, drink water and "listen" to my body everyday.
