My new boss is based out of Charlotte. We traveled all over Florida this past week and he said this winter was as bad as he remembers. He had to mention how warm it was down here to everyone he spoke with.

Yea I meant before you started dieting and working out I thought you were over weight I did not mean now you look reallly good you should be proud of yourself. I am still watching the scale Right now because I am still about 40 pounds overweight to where I want to be at.I cant wait to be at the point where you are at where I can start worrying about building muscle and not just losing fat.

Cost of living is a bit cheaper here than up North or much lower than say, California.
Real Estate (aside from the market tanking) is dirt cheap here compared to elsewhere.
