    This is the only possible explanation.
    By bringing up Artie constantly in her "news previews", she is assured an uninterrupted moment on-air in the middle of the most important comedy radio show in existence.
    Although she might not actually fuck Artie (but I wouldn't rule it out) she loves to bask in the attention Artie's accusations engender.
