I think Boots is the most useless scumbag on the planet but i have to agree with you on this one.

I had Brad tell Langford to do the positive news piece on Joey because he was supporting our freedoms. Ironic that Memorial Day is here and you are criticizing someone standing up for the rights so many died to defend. You know the motto well here at the channels "No More Bullshit"

It doesn't matter if you think Joey is the biggest, fattest, ugliest, most stupid, lazy, useless human being on the earth. Joey didn't create a situation the military and police created the problem. There was nothing that needed to be done except for them to leave Joey alone. Joey demanded that the rights guaranteed by the Constitution be respected by those in authority. We have empowered these people to protect these rights not eliminate them because they don't like it, agree with it, or because they're on a power trip. The cops, military, a judge, or even the government may can not selectively decide what to do or not do with these rights without our willing participation to bend over and give them up. You seem more than willing.

Because people like you allow these rights to be voluntarily taken away for one bullshit reason after another "protect us from terror" "protect the children" "protect us from ourselves" by people in authority it puts you the same level as every terrorist and country in the world that are happy to see America fail and these rights be stripped away. Among other things a patriot is someone that stands up for the rights of all of us and against tyranny, injustice, and the trampling of our freedoms. In this case Joey is in the right and defending our rights. I hope you can look past your hate of the man to understand the far bigger issue here.

this ain't about rights. it's about intentionally being an asshole and purposely stirring up trouble and being a nuisance which is what boots was doing. If an on duty cop or guardsman tells you to stop filming then you stop filming and move on you don't fucking argue it with them. All he did was create a completely un-needed scene and direct cops attention away from some other real crime.

As a photographer myself you need to learn to respect peoples property and wishes. I was shooting a windmill, standing on a public road. The farmer that owned the property that the windmill was on came by. He was an argumentative asshole that was immediately all over my ass about "What are you doing here?" "why are you on my property?" even though i wasn't on his property and nicely explained i was shooting his windmill. He was all nuts though and told me to get the hell out, so i did. I didn't argue that i had a right to be on public property etc. because that's a douche move. You just acccept the fact that you were told not to shoot and move on.

Thank you. At least we have one patriot in here who knows what this country originally stood for. The sad thing is is that some people in here are supporting the destruction of their own country and their own rights. They're told to submit and obey and if they don't they're unamerican. They're told to accept anything that's published by mainstream media as fact, no matter how ridiculous or wrong they know it to be. And if you question or do actual research and find out you're being lied to, you're unamerican.


What these soldiers are doing is unconstitutional. The founding fathers specifically placed restrictions on armies or paramilitary forces acting this way on american soil. Of course all that's been thrown out now by the traitors and criminals who somehow have managed to take control of this country.


If most people knew who Bush, Cheney or any of that administration really were, or how they were viewed by even the right leaning republicans in their party, their blood would turn cold. They were nicknamed "the crazies" by their peers, but because they managed to steal their way into power mistakenly looked at by some people as "legitimate". That's a big problem in this country - the president and politicians were not meant to be looked at as kings. They're public servants, but it's gotten to the point that anyone who is in power now, no matter how evil they might be, are instantly imbued with undue respect and reverence. They're not royalty and were never meant to be seen that way. And it's our job as americans to do our own thinking, our own research and find out the truth.


With the amount of information available now, there's no excuse for falling for such an obviously evil and false manipulative action like 9/11. They even spelled out exactly what they were going to do when they planned their hopeful takeover back in the 90's. They knew they were crazy, corrupt and evil, and that the public would never accept them or their agenda without being coerced.


Read about the Project for the New American Century, and specifically, the document "Rebuilding America's Defenses". They come out and tell you what they're going to do! There is absolutely no excuse for any of you to be ignorant to this at this point. Every day that goes by without these men in handcuffs is shameful. And every time out country slides further down the drain. it's makes me ill.

Yes, we're legally allowed to take photographs and film footage in NYC for personal use. Just be smart about it and don't be disruptive and disorderly!

And here's part of the MTA Rules of Conduct, Restricted Areas and Activities section states that anyone may take pictures or record video, provided that they do not violate MTA regulations:

There is no way you can get get a 100% disability for a frostbit toe. That would mean he is getting 100% of his pay for life from when he served.
