    When this first got me in Jan of 2006, it took me all of about 3 posts on the first page to figure out what was going on.. I expected this from lever and djenkins, but the stupidity runs deep around here

    yeah....or, not sure if it's still possible with the new site, but if in a thread with a dead poster you quote a post in the thread and then scroll down below the post box, you could see the posts of the killed poster....if that makes any sense

    Never registered there, NOBODY from this site (save for Mutt via initial site registration) has my e-mail address. Just throwing out a guess that THIS site got hacked, and someone took information to the other forum and started stuff.
