    Mike Francesa has decided to end his Sunday night sports wrapup show, "Mike'd Up," after seven years, a person familiar with his plans said. It is not yet clear what WNBC-TV will do with the time slot. Francesa, whose ratings generally were strong, had cut back drastically on his TV schedule this past season, from 36 weeks to 24 -- only three since the end of the football season -- citing a desire to have more time with his family on weekends. Bruce Beck long has hosted in his absence.

    I find it amazing that people listen to Francesa because he really is not well liked by many. He comes off like a douche on the radio too. I don't listen to sports radio too often in NY, but do find Kay's show better if I had to choose one. ESPN Radio has such a weak signal in NY. If they were smart they would move to FM.

    Russo is in Indiana also. He is part of the company that has the largest presence on radio row. They are the only station with the full backing of the nfl. Therefore getting the most opportunities to get the best guests.

    A lot of people picking the Giants. I think a lot will depend on Gronks condition. If he is not a factor it will be difficult for the Pats to win.
