    Howard has been talking about his new private facebook like social network for the staff. They had a big meeting introducing it to the staff yesterday & today he announced to the listeners that they are calling it Muldrid and the IBM software it runs on is called Connections

    checked it out... another IBM product of course... I haven't seen an organization so tied to IBM software since the late 80's.... do they have a contract with Jeff Schick that they can't get out of or something?

    I work for one of IBM's largest global customers and I've never heard of it. But it looks pretty impressive for business. This will be attractive for companies that want a private Facebook with additional capabilities. The HSS probably gets all this stuff for free in exchange for the advertising they provide.
