Agreed. Anyone sane knows that Obama is a failure, and now we can include the insane too.

Chomsky has been saying that there is no fundamental difference between the Democrats and Republicans for years now. He has said repeatedly that the U.S. has a one party system: the party of business. In '08 he told liberals to vote for Obama, but without illusions.

So of course the "radical-minded", socialist Chomsky is disappointed in Obama because he isn't left enough. One reason is because Obama is not being a socialist. According to Chomsky he's behaving too much like Bush. And yet, suddenly the right is aflutter, embracing the words of... OMG, a socialist! On any other day they'd be calling him a loon. Amazing how the right can never think for themselves.

He totally misses the point about why people were aghast at Pailin's comment. The comment was true, it was the way it was delivered; she often descends into this childish, school yard taunting voice that belies here immature intellect. It was another confirmation of her lack of any kind of professional decorum. Chomsky is like Norm Finkelstein, he says alot of truth but he does it in a voice of "I am a genius, everyone esle is an idiot." He preaches to the choir, so he has little influence beyond self-congratulatory intellectuals.

Acknowledging the fact that the country elected a "community organizer" who ran on nothing but platitudes doesn't make one a loon. Chomsky is correct in his analysis.

What makes Chomsky a loon is his belief that his ideology will one day win out in a center-right country based on self-determination and individualism - not the teachings of Karl Marx.

Acknowledging that Obama was an empty suit who ran on platitudes is not something you are comfortable hearing, obviously, but the results speak for themselves. But please - defend "hope and change" and how that's turned out for all of us.

    Go.

You seem to be confused, I don't admire Obama the same way you have your mancrush on Bush. I just try and give you a dose of reality, what people outside of the Fox bubble you're trapped in think, something you're not really used to, but please try and sound like you know what you're talking about next time parrot. Romney has even less to go on, it's just too bad people like you are too dumb to see it, you're just fed your lines and you repeat and obey like a good sheep. I'm not sure the "community organizer" talking point is really that relevant anymore since he's been President for 4 years, but again it's all you have to fall back on. I'll let your confused flip flopping ass carry on being ABO and Pro-Romney like a dumbass. That's like saying I love the Mets, but I don't care who wins the World Series as long as it's not the Yankees, you obviously want your team to win. Again, when you don't have someone else's opinion to parrot you're just lost. I thought enough people schooled you after your lame "Go" nonsense, still keeping it?

Another ridiculous thread based on something that the right admits was said by a "loon" but it's okay cuz he said something they like.

And this ABO bullshit is really unbelievable to me. Anybody but Obama.....do you guys have even the slightest idea how idiotic that is?

The Chomsky comment is a perfect example.........doesn't matter who it is that said something against Obama, just that it was said.....doesn't matter who the POTUS is as long as it's not Obama.

    God help us all

When you understand who Obama is...you will understand, accept and endorse this sentiment. However, you have to want to know the truth...and as is the desire of all Obama-bots, you don't know, and you don't want to know... and when someone tries to tell you, your hands go up over your ears and you exclaim "LA LA LA..........I can't hear you"

So you know who Obama is from all the times you ate dinner with him?

Oh yeah, you just take the word of Beck and Rush and apply it, my bad!
  23. NCMike06 Full Member

Nope...most of it came from Obama's own words, Obama's own associations, and Obama's own actions. If you knew how to read, and actually took some time to do a little research beyond getting giddy at hearing 'change we can believe in'...you might know too.

And I don't listen to Beck, or Hannity or O'Reilly.... try that leftbot talking point somewhere else..it only proves your intellectual vapidness.
