I have a feeling it is less than Obama created, or you would have posted
    It here.

In case anyone hasn't noticed, no is doing very well right now, except the Chinese, to whom we sent 20 million jobs.

Some sectors of the economy are rock solid and as Nick mentioned, if you are unskilled or have an irrelevant education, you are fucked. This is a fundamental global economic realignment and it is bigger than the POTUS.

Everyone wanted globalization, welcome to it.

Hopefully Obama will "Rework NAFTA" in his second term.

Debt problems in Europe and here at home have never been addressed, all window dressing and bullshit. We're whistling by the graveyard...

    Only 120,000 jobs?

Post the links to all the threads you started when Bush was losing jobs for how many consecutive months at the end of his term?

Clinton Clinton Clinton. You couldn't go one day without his name being mentioned when Bush was in office. Conservatives never seemed to have a problem with that. And when Obama leaves office, I'm pretty sure you, Vacate, and the rest will be crying Obama Obama Obama..

Such a failure that the GOP couldn't get a viable candidate to threaten his re-election. So far the biggest knocks against him are that he tried to get insurance coverage for the uninusured and ... something about his wife.

Actually, I wasn't really posting on the board when Bush was in office. Sorry, you fail.

Sorry, I didn't see any facts in your rationalizations and deflections to Bush.

Exactly my point. You had nothing to say and were not starting any threads when we were hemorrhaging jobs under Bush. Yet you start a thread because we created "only" 120,000 jobs last month.

But even that has a large degree of bullshit involved.

Like my neighbors kid who is going to Princeton because he was able to donate a huge sum of money he had via inheriting his daddy's insurance company.

The kid graduates in a few weeks with a degree in fucking philosophy and starts work in September (after vacationing for 4 months) taking well over 6 figures a year from the firm while much lower paid employees do all the heavy lifting.

This permanent, idle artistocracy is doing great harm to America's economy and every GOP policy is designed to maintain it forever.

    TRUTH!!

    None of us were, stupid..

Still doesn't change the fact that Clinton's name was brought up constantly.. You couldn't get through one Rush show without hearing his name..
  13. mr wrong Full Member

Except only when it suits you, right?

Tell ya what. I'll stop mentioning Bush, if you promise to never again mention Clinton. And when Obama leaves office you will never utter his name either..

    Deal?

is anyone suggesting that McCain & Palin would have brought upon better result, really?
  15. NC-Stern-Mark Full Member

Excuse me? EXACTLY what is this "large degree of bullshit" you're talking about???

I happen to agree with your sentiment regarding nepotism, I mentioned it yesterday when talking about IQ's

  16. mr wrong Full Member

Hypothetically speaking, Vacate would never create a thread called "McCainonomics Update" under the exact same conditions..

    I wouldn't know, I don't listen to Rush.

Back to that BS graph... look at employment rates and get back to me, hack.
  18. Kill Van Kull Full Member

    Take it easy there, hammer.

I wasn't saying "bullshit" about you in particular. I was saying "bullshit" in regards to the new moonbat talking point that kids are coming out of college unprepared for high-paying corporate jobs.

My contention is yes, there is a few shreds of truth in that notion but largely it's bullshit because the "good old boy network" is still the top supplier of high-on-the-ladder, coporate, do-nothing, big-paying jobs regardless the degree.

Please, 2 years ago you were all "TEA PARTY!" "NO MORE RINOS!" and now you are back to backing the latest RINO. Talk about kool-aid drinker.

The funny part is, if not for the tea party movement Obama would have a worse shot at reelection. The tea party candidates that went on to hold office have been blight for the GOP. On the federal level they are usually the reps or senators that say or do the more idiotic thing. And on the State level, they are the morons that are giving Obama and the DNC the most fodder for the "GOP Attack on Women" talking points.

Yes because Bush left Obama just a perfect economy and the employment rate was not going to go up if McCain was elected.

Just out of curiousity, how is the graph "bullshit"? Do you think I made it up? Or is it bullshit because it proves you are wrong?

Anything else I can teach you kid"?

Be fair. He has been pretty successful thus far in life. The failure will not come until the primaries are over.

It's bullshit because eventually you will hit a bottom when in a down period. All you're showing with the graph is that a bottom happened. Employment in the country wasn't going to be 0% so of course job losses stopped.
Once the market bottoms out, it will start coming back cyclically. So by posting a graph that shows exactly this cycle, you expose yourself as a hack.

That Obama happened to be elected was largely irrelevant. The far bigger picture was once the bottom happened, we have barely been growing jobs; unemployment numbers are still dismal, especially those who left the job market. This is where the Obama fail has come into play. You could learn a lot about this if you wanted to.

Anything else I can teach you, kid?

Let me guess, lower taxes for the rich! :showoff:
