Obama's "Foreign Student" scandal?

Can someone give me some insight into this? I'm not making any claims, just trying to get some credible information about what is going on? This is what I've found:

Retired United States Postal Worker Allen Hulton recently signed a sworn affidavit for the Maricopa County, Arizona Cold Case Posse convened by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, attesting under oath, to conversations with Mary Ayers, the mother of Bill Ayers. He made his testimony public in a three hour long taped interviewed on March 19th, 2012. Mr. Hutton, by signing an affidavit has subjected himself to laws regarding perjury, not something to be taken lightly as telling the truth is now for him a requirement of law.
His testimony states Mary and Tom Ayers (Parents of Bill ”I don’t regret setting bombs” Ayers) were sponsoring Barack Obama as a foreign student, and financially supporting his education.
This is a huge revelation on not one, but two separate fronts.
Bill Ayers of dubious “Weatherman” fame, was not just “a guy who lives in my neighborhood”, as then candidate Obama brushed aside. The video linked here comes from a televised DNC Debate in the summer of 2008. As Hillary Clinton revealed then, Obama served in a paid position on the Woods Foundation with Bill Ayers and the two were involved in several projects dispersing millions of dollars over several years.
Realistically, the Ayers family could be said to have adopted Barack Obama, if not as a son then certainly as a kindred Marxist spirit, and treated him to one of the finest educations possible.
There is little doubt Mr. Obama has been less than honest with regard to the Ayers family and their significance in his life.
As disingenuous as this is, it is by no means the most important revelation.
If correct, and Obama was introduced to Hulton as a Foreign Student, this means Barack Hussein Obama would have been using a Foreign Passport to get and prove his foreign student status for entrance into Occidental College, Columbia, and later Harvard Universities. Because Hulton has signed an Affidavit, this cannot be disregarded as mere hearsay; it is instead evidentiary in nature.

The only information on my college transcripts are the dates I attended, classes I took, grades/GPA and degree awarded. No personal or background information except my name.

And despite what the copy/paste above says, the old guy's testimony IS hearsay.

Also, since everyone in touch with reality knows Obama was born in Hawaii, the old geezer's story is also a load of horseshit.

Sounds like the old crazy sheriff found some other old crazy guy. I also heard that Obama was once babysat by Lee Harvey Oswald.

My personal feeling is Obama took advantage and may have usurped some type of "foreign student" loopholes, for economic reasons, and now is embarrassed by it. The conspiracy theory nuts of course will run with this. Everything always comes back to bite you in the ass.....

Truth is always somewhere in the middle.....

So what happens if Obeezy turns out to not be born in the US?
Does that mean that all the stuff that he did gets magically put back to what it was before?
Is that what some people want?

How is this viable evidence? Now had this postal worker actually seen/pocessed documents that listed Obama as a foreigner, then that would be interesting. Something tells me he heard about this from the dogs on his route. so if you live in Maricopa County you might want to warn your kids about "going parking" if you know what I mean.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio more than proved that the BC the White House produced last April is a forgery.
Obama's selective service document is also a forgery.
Mr Hulton is just a witness in this case.

The problem we have here is that americans lack(by design) critical thought.

int'l students are more likely to select australia, canada, or u.k over the united states for their place of study; contributing factors are safety and less interest to remain in host nation (as more prefer to return home w/ a foreign degree rather than struggle to find a job after graduation).

how could any statistic or estimate be given ... unless students planning to study abroad in a number of nations were completed a survey as to determine (a) their preferred nation in which to study, and (b) reasons for this choice.
whats more likely is that the american-based programme has a biased opinion concluding that the united states is the top choice amongst for all foreign students.
