Poor Tony Chimmel. Not only is he caught in the middle, he's also a drunk and a cutter.

This is better than anything WWE has produced in years.

In hindsight, last weeks promo served purposes on its own unrelated to a foreshadowing of a Foley/Ziggler feud. It promo'd Foley getting into the Rumble (since he had no foil, addressing a naysayer adds value there), and gave fodder for Ziggler to gain heat annd get himself over leading into his match v. Punk (without getting completely unzipped by Punk on the mic).

That said, a seed is a seed, so there could be something brewing. If it rolls on tonight, we may have something- but if not, I wouldn't expect a wraparound post chamber headed to Mania.

You're right, Pussah..He's a hard working company guy with a long term contract who's still way over with the fans.

But the WWE also needs to elevate new guys...They pushed Barrett unbelievably hard with the Nexxus angle, buried him with the lame Corre stable and did a terrific job building him back up with the Orton feud...Why not let Barrett or Ziggler get a run with the strap? Hell, give Rhodes a run with the WHC even.

Like you've said before regarding Cena, some of these guys don't need the strap to get over and I think Orton has proven to be one of those guys.

You're probably right about the turn, especially since he does so much with charities, etc.

However, if the WWE wanted to make a huge splash, a full blown Cena heel turn at this point would make the Hogan turn at Bash At The Beach look like Pez Whatley turing heel on an episode of WCW Saturday Night...
