So far they are handling Lesnar v Cena great. The Rock could barely keep up with Cena on the mic, they're smart to build this up with "shoot" fighting instead.

This feud is just two weeks old and there's already blood. A NoDQ match between these two at Extreme Rules is probably going to be great.
  3. Beer Chugger Full Member

Sort of a mixed bag on Raw last night. They shouldn't let Lesnar speak- he needs Heyman to talk for him. Liked the blood, but the end of the show was predictable.
Poor Zack- "woo woo woo, you jobber"

i cant wait until dolph ziggler gets the push he deserves. best bumper in the company right now

they could have replayed last weeks raw last night and no one would have noticed a difference. same storylines sans the blood

the only problem with the Cena Lesnar thing is that they are already going to wrestle each other...where's the slow build to a match? these two shouldn't be wrestling til Summerslam...but no they shoot there entire wad in a month

They would be stupid not to use Lesnar immediately given his track record.

The Cena/Lesnar pull apart was great, after that the show went downhill. The Punk/Jericho stuff is just boring.

pipers pit with daniel bryan was awesome. one of the best promos in a while. the rest not so much

Now I'm in the mood for a Wendy's bacon cheeseburger.

I missed it, but read the reviews. Sounds like an abortion of a show overall, except for Piper's Pit. I assume it's also gonna be on again on Friday?
  12. JesusTwin #2 Full Member

Also thought the Piper's Pit was pretty damm good, all three did a good job. Cody/Dusty was pretty friggin lame, why they hell don't they bring Dustin/Goldust out to confront his little brother. The rest was pretty damm awful.
Any leaks about WWE cuts?? I've read the Bellas arent re-signing, guess Eve is taking over the vixen role.

Do we know how long Lesnar signed for? They might not have a choice.

I think Lesnar should face Undertaker at next years Wrestlemania. Save Cena for Wrestlemania 30

I think its just PPV and TV appearances.

I think UT should just hang it up. 20-0 is plenty.

Provided the belt is not put on the current flabby Lesnar...The guy certainly doesn't look like this anymore...
  19. Bababaloney Full Member

Agreed...But outside of Piper's Pit, SD was a steaming pile of :poop::poop::poop:

    Just awful!

Him and HHH probably had the match of the year. He can go. SO what if its once ayear. makes his matches that much more special. Still huge matches in Lesnar, Rock and Cena and even jericho and Punk
  21. WillowGlen Full Member

Otherwise known as the HBK/HHH/SCSA/Rock/UT contract.
  22. Bababaloney Full Member

I'm sure he can still go, but the question is whether he should...The UT and HHH had an incredible match which will be hard to top...Unless the UT thinks he can get to 25-0, I think he should let that amazing match at this year's WM be his swan song...

I know most of you have given up on TNA by now, but tonight's edition is worth a look...
Maybe it's not saying as much since this week's RAW was a let down for me, but for the first time in a long time, I think I actually enjoyed Impact better than RAW.

I have to give props to the new creative team at TNA for writing a solid "go home" edition of Impact which did a nice job hyping all the matches. Of course the EY / ODB wedding in a cage was not good, but it was certainly better than that horrendous Three Stooges segment on RAW.

As far as matches, some great action featuring the Lethal Lockdown team members...
A solid Anderson / Gunner match, Austin Aries vs. Daniels pretty much stole the show and Bully / AJ put on another terrific performance to boot.

The showdown with Storm and Roode featured their best mic work to date. Gotta love how intense the exchange got to the point where you really believed it!

This was such an improvement for the creative team that I'm actually thinking of rewarding them with a PPV buy...We'll see, but I was actually satisfied at the end of an episode of Impact for the first time in awhile...Well, maybe I was "satisfied" after seeing Sorita in lingerie...Could be that after all...:jj2:

The ODB/EY wedding was comedy gold. I will say "bravo" to TNA's creative for that. I've seen plenty of "wrestling weddings", this wasy by far the best.

Rumor is the Bellas are leaving WWE when their contract expires at the end of the month.
