WHo do you think is TNA's first hall of fame induction?

I would hope it's Jarrett...He founded the company after all!
  4. Bababaloney Full Member

BTW, I would guess that they tie in the AJ / Dixie angle with the HOF nominee...My guess is AJ is set to induct Jarrett and that's why he was meeting with Dixie...

I've listened to it for ahwile now and I agree...It's a great show! They mix in solid commentary with some pretty entertaining interviews...Definitely worth a listen...

Watched the new Austin DVD on netflix. Pretty good. Lots of stuff we aleady knew but it was cool to see Austin man up to a lot of shit that was his fault. He took full responsibility for no showing Raw over the Lesnar deal. He said if he had it to do all over again he never would have done the heel turn at WM. He admitted that he spent way too much time drinking too much and let his personal life and divorces derail him. It also had some good footage of all the after the broadcast stuff he used to do at Raw becuase he couldnt wrestle when Booker fractured his back.

These DVDs always seem to show the guys as more human and honest that we get to see on TV. Except of course for the Has Been Kid who proves once again that he just cant seem to tell the truth if his life depended on it. Id like to believe all the "hes changed" bullshit everyone kept spouting after the Bret Hart deal but listening to him sit there and claim that during the run up to WM he knew Austin was the next big thing and the person to head the company was such bullshit. Especially when we all know he was doing everything he could to get Vince to change the ending all the way up to broadcast time and that even his BFF Hunter has stated on other DVDs that he couldnt even concentrate on prepping for his own match because he spent all week trying to convince Shawn (who was threatening to no show) to do the right thing. I dont care how many people chant his initial s everytime he shows up. The guys an ass who has never given two shits about anyone but himself.

Also tried watching Bischoffs new Devils Ride show. Calling it a reality show is a real stretch. TNA is more real than this crap. Its shot so much like the old NWO videos I keep expecting Nash to show up. Am I supposed to believe that after five years of running a motorcycles club the founder decideded to step down 30 minutes into episode one? And the guy named "Sandman" looks really familiar and I know Ive seen him somewhere before.

During a panel Q&A at the Philadelphia Comic-Con over the weekend, WWE champion CM Punk noted that a new WWE championship belt had been made to replace the Spinner belt but has not been debuted yet. Punk noted that he hoped to be the person who introduced the new belt. Raw 1000 sure sounds like a good time to debut it, eh?

I didn't realize Bischoff's production company produced that show. The first episode was kind of cool but man did it ever get old fast. I hate these kind of biker shows that try and be like the "real Sons of Anarchy". Sons of Anarchy is more real than this crap, mostly because writer/creator Kurt Sutter has been around the MC life and knows what it's like. Like I was reading the comments for the Devil's Ride and man people are just stupid, complaining how a 1% club should never go on TV, when the Laffing Devil's aren't 1%ers. I do like the bikes and the brotherhood, but it's gotta be done in a way that isn't overly fake and corny which is how the Devil's Ride comes off. Now that you said it's from Eric Bischoff I can see that for sure lol, the more the show goes on the more it looks like an NWO promo, fake badasses are only good for wrestling.

you ever stop to think that maybe the reason he did all that bullshit, acted like a child, did everything in his power to bury Austin, etc... was because he knew Austin was the next big thing, and the person to head the company?
  12. P. Jester XIII Full Member

with that being said, he still acted like a punk bitch...

Holy shit, no posts during Raw. RIP SFN.

Raw sucked last night, by the way. That main event was a 20 minute abortion.

The show may have come off better if; FOR ONCE YOU FEATURE THE DAM WWE TITLE and or WHC .. Not an idiot in his underwear being doused (by a bigger idiot who just wrestled a mongoloid look a like) in BBQ sauce.. Are we not done with Cole?? Dam.. U could have put that fucking lame Cena/Cole/mongoloid shit at the 10 o'clock hour and EITHER of the 2 TITLE fights as the main event.. FUCK that Raw and FUCK Cena closing every dam show.. Oh yea Tensai can hop a fucking boat back to Japan..

I was at Raw this week and we had a blast. The show was better than most WWE shows that have come to Greenville. The building is never full and when Smackdown was here earlier this year, they had the upper bowl covered. Monday night, there was not a seat to be had. I was very impressed with the turnout. Raw or Smackdown always seems to be here the week of my daughter's birthday and we take her. This was the first time she enjoyed being there.

I watched the show when I got home and it didn't come off as good on tv as it did live. There were alot of things that weren't broadcast like a promo that R-Truth cut where he said Kofi didn't embrace Little Jimmy. It was a good comedy bit and went over very well. What shocked me was the huge response John Cena got. There were little to no boo's and little to no "Cena SUCKS" chants. The one thing that I was disappointed in, was CM Punk. He was on a local radio station here in Greenville and was a complete dick. When Smackdown was here, they had Sheamus in studio and he was gracious and funny. Punk came off like an asshole and was very condesending. The radio guys cut the interview short and apologized to the audience after the commercial break. I had always heard that Punk was great with local media, but I guess I heard wrong.

I just finished watching RAW on DVR...The only reason it took this long as that I fell asleep watching it Monday night and fell asleep again trying to get through it Tuesday night...It was beyond bad...
    A few thoughts:

    1) Mr. Tensai, welcome to the Superstars show! Your 15 minutes came and went pretty damn fast!
Seriously, how long before Bloom is future endeavored?

    2) Is the WWE so void of even one creative idea that they have to repeat not one but NUMEROUS matches from the previous Smackdown???
(Another squash from Sin Cara and Ryback??? WTF????) I don't care how good any of the wrestling was, this is beyond lazy and just another example of the inability of creative to build any kind of mid card programs to fill the time.

    3) Hmmmmm...The next PPV is in less than two weeks, right? And we have how many matches announced? I think it's a whopping two, right?
Of course the WWE wouldn't want to use their premiere show to build any matches for the PPV, right?
I mean why should they, when they can just as easily throw them all together on the day of the show and sell them as "surprises"???
    Good fucking grief!

    4) The treatment of Dolph Ziggler is beyond infuriating! The guy is being treated as nothing more than main event enhancement talent.
Even a blind guy with a fucking pencil cup can clearly see Ziggler is a star...It's too bad the guy doesn't have a true alternative that he could go to and be the #1 guy in a company.

    5) Michael Cole? Fire extinguishers? Barbecue sauce??? Really? REALLY? REALLY???

Can't wait for 3 hour shows with "entertainment" like this...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

I still stand behind the Hip Hop Hippo.

He needs to come out next week and be like "fuck this tensai shit" wipe off the face tattoo, put on the black horseshoes on the side singlet, grow out the back hair and start fucking shit up.

The gimmick was full on fail from the start, but the guy is an excellent worker and he deserves a chance to show it.
  21. Bababaloney Full Member

Sorry, but he's no better than a mid carder and there are so many younger guys not getting pushes right now, so why would you spend a second on a guy like Bloom who's NEVER drawn money in the States?

It's over, it's done and it's absolutely no surprise...Many of us called it when he was signed...
  22. Pussah2 Full Member

Like i said feed him to Ryback and be done with this mess. Cut your losses and get this fat fuck off my screen. Destroying Tensai would get him over with the crowd and he is a huge step up from the jobber of the week club
