  1. If you don't have an account click the "login or signup" tab in the upper right & create one. To make things easy you can quickly create it using your facebook, twitter, or google login. Your real identity & your login credentials for those sites will remain private. Just be sure to choose an alias when you set it up.     It will make it easier for me when I'm searching for Hot Topics at SFN to bring up on the Super Fan Roundtable. There's a "Rate This Thread" dropdown on the bottom of each thread where you can rate it on a scale of 1 to 5. You are rating the quality of discussion and not necessarily that you think it's a great thing.

    For example, you may rate the Sean stroke thread a 5 because you thinks it's important. Still a 5 star discussion even though it's not something great.

    i was wondering where those stars came from.

    congratulations on your new post mutt. between the site and sirius, you must be in heaven.

    might i suggest that when you send an email welcoming a new member that you paste the rules (i'm starting to see the same howard/beth bashing bullshit that overwhelmed howard's site) and info like the rating system.

    Truth be told, I have been a Supporter here for a couple years and this is the first time I have EVER rated a thread...

    never even noticed the rating Mutt, thanks for pointing it out.

    Also congrats on SFN Mutt, I think Howard made a wise choice in moving it to a fan driven show. Who better to host it than the top dog of the top fan site.

    I'm going to try... The rating option doesn't appear in edit mode. The option appears in original reply mode. My post took and there was no error message, but this thread already had a 5 star rating.

    Aha, ratings also appear in the lower right corner when you read a thread, but how many people have to rate before it first shows up. I rated another one, but it didn't show up yet. Also, if a bunch of people started giving a high rated thread low ratings, would the rating go down?

    i am sorry if i shouldn't be posting this Q here but i don't know where else to ask (i can't start my own thread). Is Ned (from Bubba's show) real? He totally sounds like a character Bubba (or anyone else i guess) is doing, and like its a big joke on the listeners that he is actually a real guy.

    LPA a group for little people i gotta check to see the tallest a midget or dwarf little person can be to be one of them...

    like on the dangerous rides at kennywood or some other theme park... :( the person stands up to the measuring standup thing..
    if the person is tall enough they get on the roller coaster... :cool:

    howdy mutt.

    i have been trying to remember to rate the threads. i have to admit i'm under 30%. i do go back on occasion but...

    have people been using the ratings more? if not, what would work for me is a more prominent(sp?) button that would catch my probably nicely stoned eye. much higher up on the page. right under the last post and before the space to type in. hope you don't mind the suggestion. lord knows i know dick about web sites.
