President Bush spoke this week at the New York Historical Society and gave the opening remarks for the "Tax Policies For 4% Growth" conference.

President Obama needs to listen and learn.

Bush can teach Obama alot....... on how to ruin a prospering economy with a surplus and quickly bring it to shambles. Here is how GWB recommends you do it:

Start 2 wars and put it on the credit card
Start a prescription drug plan and put it on the credit card
Implement tax cuts for the wealthy and put it on the credit card
Have universal healthcare for all Iraqi's and put it on America's credit card

Then cut the revenue, so you will never have money when the credit card bill comes due.

Thanks for all your help GWB!

ain't that a bitch..and what do Americans do?...elect someone that makes that credit card payment look like pocket change, continues a war, renews the tax cuts, bombs a sovereign nation without provocation or Congressional approval, , spends a year and a half creating a healthcare law a first semester law school student could have told him was unconstitutional

You know full well that there was a lot that led to the housing crash and subsequent banking crisis - it goes back to the 1970's with the Community Reinvestment Act and, yes, was continued by Presidents from both political parties.

the most comical aspect of these mindless twits is they hold Bush fully responsible for 9/11, eight months into office

yet in Obama's fourth year as President, he has no accountability for the economy...:jj2:
  23. mr wrong Full Member

And you were holding Obama fully responsible the day he took office..
