If you know the old 30/30/30 rule, it's a little different here. I got rid of the 30 minutes between posts & the can't start new threads restrictions. What's new is your posts are moderated which means you can post away but the posts won't be seen by anyone until the staff approves them. The staff mass approves posts & they aren't checking them for accuracy. They are basically looking to see if you are a spamming asshole, someone attacking the site, or someone just making 30 nonsense posts in an effort to blow thru probation.

What can't you do? You can't like things or report posts. you can't post in profiles or albums. You can't vote in polls. honestly, there's a bunch you can't do. all of this is to make the staff's work easier while moderating you. more details are in the next post.

After 30 days have passed & you've made 30 posts you will automatically be promoted to a full member & the features that come with it.

This will still get tweaked a bit. The new site has a warning system which attaches warning points to your account any time the staff has to deal w/ you breaking the site rules. Getting too many warning points will end up extending your probationary period. Once I'm done setting that up I will post the details.

Has this rule been changed?

I'd like to start a thread to make a certain point rather than hijack someone else's, but as a pronationary member every section tells me I don't have permission to post a new thread. Has it been reverted to 30/30 before being able to start a thread?

Same here. 50 posts and maybe been here for two months. Would have posted more but it's kid of annoying to enter a conversation and have my post show up hours later.
