    I started jan 7. was kind of hoping for better results but I usually takes me about 2 mounths to see any results. lost 10 pounds in jan but 0 point 0 this mounth :( please feel to offer some advice or suggestions on what I should be working on and if you think I should start doing something else diet wise.

    no I lift 5 nights a week with 2 30 pound weights .2 to 3 days of running inplace or jump roping.

    Switch up the workout routine. Jump up the cardio to 4-5 days a week for at least 45 mins to an hour. Use a treadmill or elliptical with the resistance cranked up.

    Get a workout regiment in, not just 30 lb dumbells. Have designated days for core workouts: chest triceps, back biceps, legs abs. Do a lot of ab exercises.

    Also, cut out starches and most fats, go to a high protein, no carb diet if you really want to tighten up.

    Thanks Iroth for the good advice.I dont know what a core workout is though.THe only cardio i can do right now is jump roping and running in place because of the snow and I dont have gym membership Im doing all of this from home.
