Why discuss a prank on a student 50 years ago? How is this relevant? If it was relevant the new would have covered it months ago.

It's too fucking late. Let the democrats run with their tails between their legs......
  3. bushhater Full Member

The democrats are licking thier chops. And most everyone laughs at rushtards to boot.

If it wasn't relevant, why are all the damage control? I mean look at this forum for an example.
  4. zimmie Full Member

wasn't relevant to libtards were Bill Ayers and Rev. Wright....but a couple of nuggies in school 50 years ago is a front page story to these libtards.

wow it only took 28 posts for some asswipe to bring up Rev Wright  must be desperation and deflection time.

What Romney did when he was a kid is irrelevant to me, I'm more concerned with his flip flopping as an adult running for President.
  8. zimmie Full Member

are you concerned about both candidates flip-flopping?
  9. sir1us Full Member

of course, but gay marriage is so far down on the list it's hardly an issue, I know we all wish the candidates would say what they really think regardless of the backlash but that doesn't happen in politics, especially in an election year. Things will be said to get votes, not because it's core principles. It concerns me if the guy running for President does a complete U-turn on issues with the economy. Being against the bailouts first then to try and take full credit for them when it turns out they actually worked is pretty fucked up.

    So he's apologizing for something he didn't do........got it!

This is another non-story like the dog carrier on the roof...it's the Demoncrap diversion of the week. It's still the economy, stupid. We're not going to forget it.

Funny how this non-story appears in the liberal newspaper the day after Obomba lies about his 'support' (cough, cough) for gay marriage. Coincidence? Of course not.
  15. budgerock Full Member

Although the economy is easily the most important issue, most people won't vote for a person they truly dislike. Romney is creepy, insensitive and out-of-touch. He's also seems to be hiding a lot of things(where are the tax returns from the 1980s?) and is a shameless panderer and liar. The more he is portrayed this way the fewer votes he will get.

You will continue to hear stories about Romney acting weird and saying bizarre shit because it makes him look like a guy you don't want as President.

I don't think Romney will go off half-cocked bombing other country's, changing his views about gay marriage from supporter, to against it, back to supporter, committing us to stay in Afghanistan until 2024, phony stimulus packages, wasting billions on green energy projects and raising taxes on investments. No reasonable person could support someone this nefarious and weak
  17. Swishbaby Full Member

Spoken like a true liberal. You call him a liar? You're worried about his tax returns from 30 years ago? Spare us your faux concerns. He's going to be our next POTUS and Barry is on his way out, just as he predicted.

Simply because the liberal media wants it that way

It's usually is the economy. And polls have shown that most people are smart enough to understand that Obama was dealt this shit bucket. Nobody is happy that it's taking this long to recover but why on earth elect another republican at this point.

Or because he's running for President. It is good to see conservatives already crying and whining about the 'liberal media'. It lets us all know you've lost the argument.

The more likeable candidate has won every presidential election since 1980:

    http://thehill.com/homenews/campaig...petence-the-decision-between-romney-and-obama

'In an NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll released Friday, Obama bested Romney by a yawning margin of 54 percent to 18 percent when people were asked whom they viewed as more “easygoing and likable.”

Also last week, a CNN/ORC poll found that, among adults nationwide, 56 percent thought of Obama as likable whereas only 27 percent felt the same way about Romney. A Quinnipiac University poll was more positive for Romney, indicating that 63 percent of Americans found him likable. But he was still left in the wake of Obama, whom 81 percent liked.

More broadly, a Washington Post/ABC News poll released last week found only 35 percent viewed Romney favorably, which the Post said made him the least popular party nominee since 1984.'

Wow. The Wash Post digs up 50 year high school stuff about Romney. But nothing yet about Obama's grades in college. Or his drug use. Or where he was born. Or why he suspended habeus corpus rights that have existed for over 800 years. Or why he is about to sign over American sea rights.
Hey - y'know we can't investigate everything. What do you think we are - a newspaper?

This is about the dumbest thing you have ever wrote, and that is saying something.
First the Liberal media contrives this story, then the left attacks Romney for issuing a generic apology for a complete non issue, then you go and attack Conservatives for calling a spade a spade.

This whole thing is so stupid, it is rather fitting... enjoy.
