Artie is doing very good, he's on his game for sure. Anybody who loves Artie should listen to his show :hp-joyful: :showoff:

Love it how he's now trying to throw Artie under the bus. Figures.

Tonight's show should be a throwback to classic Artie whereby he spends the entire show wishing AIDS on people.

Artie's Super Bowl shows have been great this week. He is really in his element and much funnier without Nick.

Artie really is running a tight show -- I am somewhat surprised. I find I listen to it more than Stern because the podcasts have no commercials and it is somewhat office friendly.

I am thrilled to say that Artie is proving me wrong. I thought he would curl up in a ball on his own and crash and burn immediately. But his new show is so energetic and engaging. There isn't a second of dead air and he is thriving as the host of the show. Artie has broken my heart before, but I really want to believe that his demons are behind him and that he appreciates this chance to redeem himself.

Artie interviewed Joe Buck last week and their genuine rapport was obvious. In fact, all of his guests seem to really like Artie and the show just flows. I liked Nick but it is apparent now that Nick was dragging down the show and management made the right decision to give him the boot. I love how Artie can take the time now to tell his stories without Nick (or Howard) interrupting and shutting him up. He also had Harry Shearer on last week and told the story about Lorne Michaels and I was laughing out loud in the middle of the street, listening. I don't have Direct TV--I just listen to the podcasts. The Direct TV guys must be high-fiving over the Culliver interview, but I wish all of the news articles would mention what show Artie represents now.

Jay Thomas was live in New Orleans this week too and started Friday's 101 show talking about Artie and the great gig he has now. Shuli butted in that he wished Artie would give them a plug. Ha. Right.

I know a lot of the "fans" here love to badmouth everything, but you should listen to Artie's show and give it a chance. There is NO WAY Artie would want to take over for Howard so just quit dreaming about that. That ship has sailed.

You are high and retarded if you listen to Artie's sad attempt of a show.

You are a fucked up criminal to ask others to listen to that shit.

Totally agree. DVR it regularly, I have been pleasantly surprised.

Got to meet Artie Thursday night @ the set. Cool as hell. Didn't get to chat with him as much as I'd like but got to shoot some hoops with him. Anyhow, a couple guys we met out there met Artie the night before at the Hard Rock restaurant and hung with him afterwards at a bar said that he only drank water during the entire time. Artie looks to be on the right track and I listened to his show all last week for the first time since his show debuted back with Nick. Cheers Artie and thanks for signing the books and hanging out.

Artie may have influenced the Super Bowl as Culliver was way off! I love the Artie Lange Show.
