They did the EXACT same thing to my wife and recharged after she had canceled. They said that she didn't call and cancel and there was no record of her doing so. I was sitting right next to her when she called them. They said they could refund all but 12 bucks or something of the charge, but couldn't refund the full amount. I told her to hang up and have Visa deal with them and file a complaint. The very next morning in the mail came a letter from Sirius asking for her to come back to the company that was mailed before she got the Visa bill. This company is ripe for a class action lawsuit.

i remember specifically asking when i switched my subscription if there'd be any charges or anything, and they said "NO". thing is too, i did all this back in FEB -- they're trying to get this "fee" now????

again, i really like the service itself, but the company is just horrible to deal with.

Just cancelled mine. Took a couple hours. Had the stiletto 2, which died. Got it at best buy so I also got the extended warranty. Got the lynx free. Called to activate. Told them I wasnt paying more for what I had before. It amazes me that they are willing to lose almost $20 a month cuz they dont wanna waive $4 a month. Nice business practices

We got XM in one car and Sirius in the other car, two seperate accounts. I argued and argued with them but nothing. I though the merger was supposed to make things better for the consumer?
