I love listening to all the old clips from 2006 to like 2009. Howie had lots of energy, and had Artie to be an actual funny sidekick and not an ass-kisser (Robin). Then, the great "tapes team" tries to slip in something from 2010 or 2011..I mean, did we really need to hear Jonah Hill yesterday? Or Brett Ratner? Those interviews shouldn't be included in "best of" week period.

Come on "tapes team"...leave out anything from 2010-2012...nothing to hear those years but a grumpy Howie

    Love hearing my man Artie......

Agree - at one point yesterday Ratner was on 100 and Jonah on 101........ I went to E Street.

I've been liking it. I'm like halfway through tuesday's show. The Mr. T interview was funny, as was the taint kissing and asshole bleaching. I have heard those segments and probably watched them on HTV but it's been long enough now that they are hilarious again.

I hope they replay the "We're not Bro's" saga, most compelling bit of radio since the move to satellite, and it's a two-parter!

No Riley Martin negotiation calls? No ETM American Idol shows? No High Pitch Mike having Siobhan sit on his face for a tv? No "We're not Bro's" segment, or any of the Roasts? The Artie and Gary Roasts were classic..yet, no Roasts? How about ETM and Kendra? The Gary and Artie fight?

Today, they give us that douchebag Chris Martin, Gilbert from 2011 (only time Gilbert was good was when Artie was in studio), KC & the Tranny? More made up shit.

Again..nice job Tim, and the "tapes team". I am sure we will get Lady Gaga..tomorrow...again..Howie's "crown jewel" from 2011.

Remember Tim is soooooo busy sneaking cookies and keeping track
of his 3 phones , and always dealing with Riley....and signing
    the Abe Cannon show..etc

I was happy to hear Jonah Hill the other day, but yeah, I see what you mean.
    Was there a theme?
The Jimmy Fallon interview was good to hear again.

Is Howie back on Monday or what?

It's been cool hearing Artie again although I would have preferred less interviews. My favorite moments are always when the gang is just shooting the shit.

I don't know. So many people say the show became horrible when Billy West left in '94 or '95 or whenever he left.....

Not a single sybian ride so far? No Artie and Teddy fight?

Tim and Gary are a couple of idiots who wouldn't know a good segment if it pissed in their faces. I can hear Gary now..."uh..we have to put Chris Martin in the best of Sirius week, the man is a genius".

The best part of the week for me is when Laurence Tureaud was the guest and Artie says he has no problem with Beetlejuice other than the fact he wont admit he is gay. This set off Beetle who Artie kept firing him up and Mr. Tureaud didnt know what to make of the whole situation

Better than live shows......so cool by me.
    take more vacation, howard.

How could you have Gilbert without Artie being there? They were gold together yet they picked that??? Great hearing Artie again.

The Chris Martin interview was great just as the Jonah one. Rather send his botches to the doctor and you don't want to hear that again?

Bro you are a tremendous queen on here

Was Levy mentioned at all in the specials this week? If not, that may explain the absence of the roasts. Levy ran the roasts. It might be a little tricky editing him out of them. It wouldn't just be removing the intros of the various comics. They'd have to remove any jokes made about Levy by the comics. I think the show wants to pretend he doesn't exist. They probably made the decision to avoid it entirely. It's too bad. They were some of the best parts of the Sirius years.

no...it was mediocre (maybe less than).......but he's one of the biggest music "stars" to actually show up in studio and be interviewed and sing live. His ass will be kissed.
  21. Puncher Full Member

And you would rather hear Chris Martin than hear a sybian ride? What a homo you are..or should I say a sycophant.

Nothing "great" about Chris Martin or Jonah..but keep up the delusion sycophant.

The shows with Artie are sweet. Definitely a big difference with the energy from howard compared to AGT-howard.

Yea I dig this special, it's the glory days of sirius back when Artie was there and the whole show had a different feel. Richard and Sal had a bigger role, it was a different time even though it wasn't that long ago thats how much the show has changed since Artie left.

    The roasts definitely feel missed
