Smilie Work

OK, I now have the admincp smilie stuff setup. I can finally sort the smilies & put them into categories. this is the next step in being able to mass import smilies.

Now I have to get the smilie tab & the help/smilie page to recognize the order & cats.

My plan is to limit the tab to just 1 cat. then I'll make the smilie icon in the editor open the full help/smilie page.

once I get that far I can start mass importing smilies.

then I'll work on making it better. this is just a start. one idea is to make a popup version of smilie/help w/ collapsible category divs, search, & click codes. the other is to make separate tabs for each cat. which route I go will depend on which way I'm able to get work.

well, they are ordered correctly on the smilie tab & the help/smilie page now.

help/smilie is also broken into cats though I still have an issue naming them.

well, I have the smilie icon opening the full list of smilies. doesn't look pretty or insert smilies yet but still, I'm getting there

well, I have 4 tabs now. they open & close. opening one closes all others.

I need to move the post replay, upload a file, & more options buttons. push them down a little out of the way.
I need to look at diff screen resolutions & smaller editors like the edit window.
I need to see if this new way of opening the tab works on the ipad. (the old way didn't)

once I get all that, I still need to split the smilies up into the diff tabs.

i'm getting there.

quick edit is still fucked w/ button bunched up
the full editor is too far shifted to the left.

have to find a better solution that going around editing all these pages.

Well, smilie tabs are empty on the iPad.
Plus the post reply button is scrunched up with the others. Grumble grumble
Good news is, clicking tabs does open & close hem. Though they were all open when the page loaded

Just noticed there's just a simple editor.
