    the people who are paying $13 a month for this and are getting best of the week with no other howard-related programming on that day. Sure, H100 News, bubba, and jay, and ferrall are great, but they are no substitute.

    that caller was right. i wouldn't say that howard is lazy though; far from it. his attitude is more like been there/done that and his focus is elsewhere, not his show. he has others running it now and making the decisions. it appears that he shows up and is briefed on the agenda for the day and runs with it.

    Mutt's in a very tough position, but I don't blame him for how he handled it. The anger should be directed at people like Ba Ba Booey, when these same type of questions are asked on the WUS he just brushes them off. Mutt shouldn't be Howard's apologist. Howard and Howard alone should have this chat with his audience. But the sad thing is that it'll never happen.

    i thought mutt said he didnt want a BEST OF tomorrow and would have rather heard a losers show or anything other than a best of.

    Mutt makes money by Howard's name, Money talks. Do you blame him? When he or his thugs (jk) start silencing those that question Howard's lack of enthusiasm, then you should feel that Mutt is an apologist like Ba Ba Buttbreath. As far as why Howard picks up "safe" calls instead of partially screened (name and location) calls, Howard is the king of self-promotion. Why put people on who won't lick his and HTV's taint, or are otherwise bringing a topic to discuss. Of course, the exception being ETM and Frito.
