    That wasn't the 2nd baseman,It was the runner for the other team.As you can see,everyone else runs towards first,and being a heads up ball player,the LF knew the base runner was just waiting to strike,he had his teams "6" if you will.

    Yeah what I meant was is that the player standing at second was doing just that...standing. Kinda fucked up that he could've been dying out there and no one noticed right away.
