    Part of the Tim/Scott issue is that no one knows who is responsible to who. Does Scott report to Booey, Fat Tim or Howard. If some blowhard middle manager asked me for a list of what I do all day I'd write (watch you follow me around with your nose up my ass" and turn it in.
