Time Warner customers please come here.....

As of today I'm missing 15 shows, most being from weeks ago. I just wanted to know if anyone else is having the same problem? I get no answers from anyone(yes I have posted numerous times in the content missing category) I've called the cable company and wrote to indemand to no avail. I'm not gonna whine and moan about a few shows missing(as I have read howard tv's hidden disclaimer on it's website) but 15 shows??? 15 shows? Seriously what is the problem?

gotta love time warner, call and complain, they usually will give you a month or two free for being nice when complaining

I have the same problem. I called Time Warner last night about it and the guy brushed it off. I asked when updates would be coming and he said in a day or so. The missing shows are from the Daily Shows category. I'm thinking of cancelling in a few days if the problem isn't fixed.

Yeah I'm having this too. At one point ondemand wouldn't come up so they had a guy come over and fix the wire saying it was my fault and it worked properly. Five days later the same shit occurs and they are telling me that it's a whole problem they are having. They also gave me a free month of Howard TV which is pretty worthless considering that I can't even SEE IT

Alright, apparently this is an ongoing problem for Time warner customers(especially these last few weeks) They insist that it is on the production company to send them the signal for the updates. They said that they are gathering up complaints and they will be sent to "Howard Tv" I suggest you guys call and complain and have a complaint fowarded. I'll let it go for another month and if nothing changes I will cancel.

The Daily Shows section seems to be back up.

I have already cancelled. Was fun while it lasted but I was basically paying for nothing.

I just get the fucking annoying random Error # on a lot of the new shows.

Same here. It's annoying since you gotta unplug the box and it takes 15 minutes to fully boot back up

I'm just waiting for the Bubba Wedding and after that I'm just gonna cancel. It's just not worth it anymore. The frustrating part is that I get no answers from Time Warner or Howard Tv. I'm paying for a service and they're not delivering.

Well now it's fine for me they, just updated everything. The problem I guess is that Time Warner was never prepared to have to update Ondemand on a daily basis as before it use to just be every week with all the channels, hopefully they'll keep this up, I'm now getting things just when they're suppose to come out

Still missing a lot of shows. Still getting no answers. Just waiting for Bubba's wedding and I'm done with it.

There is no longer a Just In and there is nothing new since Feb. 22. This is Re-God-Damn-Diculous!

I have Time Warner also and am pretty close to cancelling my Howard TV. When I first signed up it seemed like they were adding new daily shows all the time, then it seemed like were only adding new shows on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but last week they didn't add any new shows, and same for this week...except for a few old shows they added to the Vault (most of which I have already seen). Right now the newest daily show I have is from 2/28/2007. So, its been over a week since I've got to see any of the new stuff.

Who's fault is this? Is Howard TV slacking off and not producing any new shows, or am I getting screwed by Time Warner? I don't know the technical side of how it all works but I want some ammo for when I call Time Warner to bitch. Because for $13.99 a month, I just don't think its worth it. I want new shows everyday, or atleast every other day, otherwise fuck it, I'm cutting it off.
