There should certainly be evidence, such as pictures of Zimmerman's wounds. If there isn't such evidence, why not?
  4. jtheweirdo Full Member

Yes, Zimmerman's crew seem to be enjoying themselves.

Police accounts based on Zimmerman's story, still waiting for that independent witness you claim can back up Zimmerman's claim of being sucker punched and attacked first.

The only thing that is not being is disputing is that their was a fight, however you and Zimmerman are are claiming that Trayvon started the fight. So go ahead and prove me wrong with an eye witness, other than the guy who killed Trayvon who could be facing serious jail time, that Trayvon sucker punched Zimmerman.

BTW who has a violent history of attacking police?

I was hurt far worse than Zimmerman when I was skateboarding as a teenager, the life threatening wounds poor defenseless Zimmerman suffered did not even require a Hospital visit.

You have asked for witnesses that corroborated Zimmerman's story. The police say they have them. Logic would dictate that it would be you that needs to find witnesses that state otherwise. I could care less as the media has been in charge of this situation since the shot was fired. Shit likes this happens all the time with all races. I'm in no ones camp on this issue.

    A witness other than Zimmerman, a witness other than the person facing the possibility of years if not the rest of his life in Jail. The police have witnesses who say they saw the aftermath of a fight, they don't have a witness that stated that they saw Trayvon sucker punch, they don't have a witness that stated they saw Trayvon following and attacking Zimmeman. Here is one witness account;

So Zimmerman "cornered" Martin right near his vehicle? How did this guy get "cornered" next to the vehicle he was trying to escape from? Especially since Zimmerman was chasing Martin on foot.

I knew once Nancy Grace piled on, this whole story would fall apart. Is that cunt ever right? :jj:

Just to be clear are referring to the armed man who followed and stalked an unarmed teenager, the same man who was told not to follow the teen by a police dispatcher, the man who outweighed the teen by over 100 pounds. They guy who has no witnesses to back up his story that Trayyvon was acting suspicious, the guy who has no witnesses that Trayvon was the one who attacked him....

Was he arrested for attacking a police officer like Zimmerman was?

Guess Willie Nelson and Woody Harrelson should watch out since they have both been busted for pot multiple times.

This is all the hoodies fault according to Geraldo, and he's suppose to be the smart one over at Fox News:jj2:

This is where the case will end up. In court. An adult stalked a kid. The adult had no reason to believe the child was breaking any laws. The kid was on the phone with his girlfriend and told her he was being followed and was scared. When accosted by the fat douchebag, he lashed out thereby exercising his right of self defense. The fat douche started losing the fight he was responsible for (By stalking the kid even after being instructed to stop) He pulled a gun and shot an unarmed child to death. Zimmerman was lucky enough to have a retired Magistrate judge for a father, had connections, and the cops declined to do a proper investigation. However, truth and justice is difficult to contain. It always finds a crack and tends to seep out.
There can't be two claims of self defense for the same incidence. The victim is room temperature, so the state will have to speak on his behalf.

I predict there will be an arrest after the grand jury has finished it's investigation. Zimmerman will go down.

Unfortunately, you have a kid who wants to look like thug, talk like a thug, and act like a thug, who then runs into some retarded moron who takes him seriously. This is what you end up with. Contributory negligence.

It's the destruction of the black family unit. The FATHERS should be the role model for the sons. Where are they?

I said it before and I say it again... The Black community has to look at itself and shed this fucking retarded worship of Hip Hop assholes and find real role models. And it's just gotten worse with the historic election of a black president!!

:eek!:the right wing really does hate black people. It always comes back to Obama as well, if Obama is for something they must be against it. Therefor if Obama is against the killing of an unarmed black kid....then the right must be for it, as evidence by some of the posts here. Kid got what he deserved for being black and wearing a hoodie right?

I think your speculation as to what actually happened is correct. The state has to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt though, so I think in that case Zimmerman walks. Jury slection is key, you get an OJ jury, and Zimmerman is fried. Are you allowed to shoot someone in self-defence in a fight that you started, if the other side is winning to the point of harming and possibly killing you?

Please elaborate here. I am curious and wish to understand how finding real role models has gotten worse with the election of a black president. Thank you.

    1. Zimmerman called the police to report Martin’s “suspicious” behavior, which he described as “just walking around looking about.” Zimmerman was in his car when he saw Martin walking on the street. He called the police and said: “There’s a real suspicious guy. This guy looks like he’s up to no good, on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around looking about… These a**holes always get away” [Orlando Sentinel]
    2. Zimmerman pursued Martin against the explicit instructions of the police dispatcher:
    Dispatcher: “Are you following him?”
    Zimmerman: “Yeah”
Dispatcher: “OK, we don’t need you to do that.”
    [Orlando Sentinel]
    3. Prior to the release of the 911 tapes, Zimmerman’s father released a statement claiming “[a]t no time did George follow or confront Mr. Martin.” [Sun Sentinel]

    7. Martin had no criminal record. [New York Times]
    8. Zimmerman “was charged in July 2005 with resisting arrest with violence and battery on an officer. The charges appear to have been dropped.” [Huffington Post]

    12. A police officer “corrected” a key witness. “The officer told the witness, a long-time teacher, it was Zimmerman who cried for help, said the witness. ABC News has spoken to the teacher and she confirmed that the officer corrected her when she said she heard the teenager shout for help.” [ABC News]
    13. Three witnesses say they heard a boy cry for help before a shot was fired. “Three witnesses contacted by The Miami Herald say they saw or heard the moments before and after the Miami Gardens teenager’s killing. All three said they heard the last howl for help from a despondent boy.” [Miami Herald]
    14. The officer in charge of the crime scene also received criticism in 2010 when he initially failed to arrest a lieutenant’s son who was videotaped attacking a homeless black man. [New York Times]
    15. The police did not test Zimmerman for drugs or alcohol. A law enforcement expert told ABC that Zimmerman sounds intoxicated on the 911 tapes. Drug and alcohol testing is “standard procedure in most homicide investigations.” [ABC News]
    16. In a cell phone call moments before his death, Martin told a teenage girl that he was “hounded by a strange man on a cellphone who ran after him, cornered him and confronted him.” “‘He said this man was watching him, so he put his hoodie on. He said he lost the man,’ Martin’s friend said. ‘I asked Trayvon to run, and he said he was going to walk fast. I told him to run but he said he was not going to run.’ Eventually he would run, said the girl, thinking that he’d managed to escape. But suddenly the strange man was back, cornering Martin. ‘Trayvon said, ‘What, are you following me for,’ and the man said, ‘What are you doing here.’” [ABC News]
    17. Police have Trayvon Martin’s cell phone but never contacted his girlfriend. [Miami Herald]

    21. The police reports were amended to bolster Zimmerman’s claim of self defense. “Initial police reports never mentioned that Zimmerman had a bloody nose or a wet shirt that showed evidence of a struggle.” [Miami Herald]
    22. Police ignored witness whose account was different from Zimmerman’s.“One of the witnesses who heard the crying said she called a detective repeatedly, but said he was not interested because her account differed from Zimmerman’s.” [Miami Herald]
    23. Just prior to killing Martin, Zimmerman may have used a racial slur. The police admit they initially overlooked the remark. It’s unclear exactly what Zimmerman is saying. [ABC News]
    24. Zimmerman still has a permit to carry a concealed weapon in the State of Florida. [ThinkProgress]
    25. In April 2011, Zimmerman called the police to report a suspicious black male, “7-9″ years old, “skinny build.” [Daily Beast]
    26. Zimmerman’s friend, Frank Taaffe, says Martin was shot because he wasn’t “honest and truthful” with Zimmerman. NBC News reported that Zimmerman called Taaffe to thank him for his support. [Huffington Post; MSNBC]
    27. The lead investigator in Trayvon Martin shooting wanted manslaughter charge against Zimmerman. The lead investigator, Chris Serino, “stated he was unconvinced Zimmerman’s version of events.” His recommendation for a manslaughter charge was overruled by state attorney Norman Wolfinger, who subsequently removed himself from the case.
